By accessing or using Cascade Mail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Cascade Mail is a web-based email client that allows you to access and manage email accounts from various providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) through a unified interface. We provide the interface; your emails remain stored on your email providers' servers.

Account Registration

To use Cascade Mail, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Cascade Mail to:

• Send spam, phishing emails, or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Email Credentials

When you connect email accounts to Cascade Mail:

• You authorize us to access those accounts on your behalf
• You confirm you have the right to access those accounts
• You are responsible for complying with your email provider's terms of service

Intellectual Property

Cascade Mail and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Suspend access if we detect suspicious activity

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by your email providers
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
